We accept returns within 30 days for:
✓ Unworn jewelry with original tags
✓ Undamaged presentation boxes & certificates
✗ Custom-made/personalized pieces
✗ Pierced earrings (hygiene reasons)

Luxury Return Process:

  1. Initiate via Returns Portal
  2. Receive prepaid insured shipping label (AU only)
  3. Package with included anti-tamper seal
  4. Drop at any Australia Post location

2. Refund Elegance

  • Processing: 5 business days after QA inspection
  • Methods:
    • Original payment (7-10 business days)
    • Store credit (+15% bonus for future purchases)
  • Non-Refundable:
    → Initial insured shipping ($25 AUD)
    → International customs duties
